My goal is to help you feel better by creating habits and skills to achieve the success and joy you’re looking for.
Based in New York City, with credentials in Texas too, I provide psychotherapy services in both English and Spanish.
Hi, I’m Charlotte.
I am trained in a range of evidence-based approaches, with a strong foundation in trauma-informed care and Cognitive Processing Therapy (CPT). My work is also informed by Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT). I continue to expand my training in newer modalities to ensure my approach remains current and effective.
I received my Masters in Social Work at the University of Texas at Austin in 2017, and my Clinical Social Work license in both the states of New York and Texas in 2024. I have been trained in advanced clinical practices at New York University (NYU) in the fall of 2024. I have extensive experience working in the hospital setting and not-for-profit setting with caregivers as well as for employees of Mount Sinai and their dependents.
My goal is to help you move through barriers that may be keeping you from success, balance, and fulfillment. I approach therapy as goals-based, collaborative process—one that prioritizes safety, trust, and respect—so we can work together to navigate challenges and create meaningful change.
I typically use an insight-oriented, solution-focused approach, while remaining flexible and open to tailoring therapy to what works best for you. I am fluent in Spanish and offer sessions in both English and Spanish.
If you have any questions or would like to learn more, I invite you to reach out. I offer a free 15-minute consultation by phone to connect, ask questions, and see if we’re a good fit.
My Approach
Collaborative
Let’s work together to conquer what’s holding you back from your goals. Trust and safety are the foundation of this work, and I’m committed to fostering a relationship where you feel heard, respected, and empowered.
Evidence-based
All therapy modalities I am trained in and use every session have many studies that show they work to treat symptoms of anxiety and depression. These include Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Dialectical Behavior Therapy, Trauma-Informed Care, Cognitive Processing Therapy, and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy.
Solution-focused
My approach is insight-oriented and solution-focused, with an emphasis on helping you move forward in practical, meaningful ways. While we may explore your past to better understand how you arrived where you are, our primary focus is on the present and the future you want to create.

I offer out-of-pocket rates on a sliding scale basis, depending on the length of the session and your financial need.
